From the first phone call to you Kylie – nothing was a problem relating to the warranty and repair our aircon. You organised your Appliance Mechanic Brent to attend to the repair of unit immediately which was of a great relief to my elderly parents as the aircon was in their Granny Flat. Kylie and Brent have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. We had two units installed and another repaired. It often only takes an hour to get a response by email or phone from either Kylie or Brent, which we really appreciated. Kylie was very kind in answering our many questions about air conditioning units when we were deciding which brand and size. The units were installed in a short timeframe, and they look great. Brent took a great deal of care when installing and both have been faultless over the hot summer when they have really gotten a workout. Exceptional service and highly recommended!

Brent from Stellar Air arrived exactly in the time frame he said he would and installed a new air-con with no troubles at all. Despite having to cut through walls, which in an old house isn’t easy, Brent did anything required to get the job done…nothing was too difficult.
